Q) I pay the deposit before ordering?
A) Yes, after logging in, from the order fork please select the “Deposit Plan” option.
Q) Until it’s used up, how is it ended? Midterm, can the plan be returned to me?
A) Until the deposit is used up it remains valid (there is no time limit).
Don’t worry, because I cannot do something like change the plan midterm.
Q) How will I know how much of my deposit is left?
A) Please don’t worry, I will state the remaining deposit balance on the invoice.
Q) Can I be refunded for my deposit?
A) If there is less than 900 YEN left in your deposit, I will refund it.
Q)Can I share with my friends?
A) Unfortunately we cannot offer a deposit plan shared with friends.
