A) No- in order to avoid money-related troubles, mukunoki does not require deposits for most of the services.
Q) When will I be invoiced?
For auctions, mukunoki will send an invoice within 24hrs from the end of auction.
*For web-shops, the total cost is known in advance. Therefore mukunoki will send an invoice immediately before order is placed.
Q) When is payment required by? (When do I have to pay by?)
A) Please send the payment to the PayPal address noted on your invoice, within 4 days of invoice.
Q) Is payment currency in YEN?
A) Yes- please always send your payment in YEN.
Q)Where can I purchase the coupon-books?

After your purchase, your "my page" will reflect the remaining number of coupons.
Q)Will you hold items purchased?
